WOW! What an amazing weekend of fundraising!!! You all are AMAZING!

Now we are on for our first AWESOME camp of the year!!! Leadville!!!

​Those of you who are going you are in for a treat! For those who are not you will miss out on some great training but you'll want to try to get some over distance hours in if you are able!

We are now working towards our race season! We start this work by adding our arms to our training mix. So basically this week we will start doing all our runs with poles. The purpose here is to start our bodies transition to being a quadruped athlete.


We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper (Pepper descriptions) you are please contact us and we'll help you decide!

Welcome back UW Skiers! 

We are super excited to get everyone back in town and training together!

This week we are going to jump start our training AND do one of our most important fundraising events:  Trash2Treasures!!!

We are now working towards our race season! We start this work by adding our arms to our training mix. So basically this week we will start doing all our runs with poles. The purpose here is to start our bodies transition to being a quadruped athlete.

Can't believe we are in the second week of August!!! Wow!!!

We will have one more week of training and then start our march towards racing with our first week of Quadraped!
