Such an awesome break last week. Hopefully everyone is ready to rock this week because Leadville is coming! WooHo0!

We are in transition between our old strength space and our new one so we will be doing strength in LaBonte Park this week.
  • Monday: Off
  • Tuesday: 5pm - core, strength, yoga - LaBonte Park off 9th street
  • Wednesday: 4:30, Stadium Parking Lot - 1:15hr OD run!!!
  • Thursday: 5pm - core, strength, yoga - LaBonte Park off 9th street
  • Friday: 6:15, Turtle Rock Coffee 1:15hr Rollerski
  • Saturday - Monday: LEADVILLE DISTANCE CAMP!!! Information

It has been an AMAZING summer of training! So much incredible work done by all!

It is now time to give your mind and your body a short break before starting school, work, or just fall training.

This week we will not have organized practice nor suggest any activities - it is time for you to play or sleep.

We want you to listen carefully to your body and do whatever it wants to do for an entire week. If it wants to eat ice cream then do that, if it wants to go kayaking, then do that - whatever you want to do for an entire week! We just want you to NOT do strength nor core for this week, even if your body wants it!

We will be heading back into the training following this week so enjoy some down time and get ready to rock!

Training 8/12 - Conditioning/Over Distance

Such a lovely week of training! We didn't do quite as good of a job on the recovery week as we had wanted because we got so excited to go to the mountains but we were able to ramp it down a little.

Now we're back to our 4th rotation of the summer, super exciting!

  • Monday: Off
  • Tuesday: 5pm - core, strength, yoga, email/text us for location
  • Wednesday: 4:30, Stadium Parking Lot - 1:15hr OD run!!!
  • Thursday: 5pm - core, strength, yoga, email/text us for location
  • Friday: 6:15, Turtle Rock Coffee 1:15hr Rollerski
  • Saturday: OD workout! SUPER FUN! Time/place TBA
  • Sunday: 1:00 hr Active Recovery or OD activity of your choosing!

This has been a fun summer and we're on the homestretch!

Core Rotation #3

If you have been following along with the Core Training then you'll know that we have moved to Core Rotation 3! Yay!

We are now hitting series of core exercises in a row to push specific muscle groups. Some of the series are challenging but when you do these you get stronger!!!

Training 8/5 - Recovery

All finished the Cody Triathlon! First Tri for Ella & Ben. They were AMAZING!
WooHoo! Finally made it to the Recovery week and we are ready for it! Last weekend found SNOW racers around Wyoming doing the Cody Triathlon and the Jackson Hill Climb. Great things were happening!

This week we'll take some extra time to get recovered to move into the next block of training. You want to take at least 2 days off and consider taking a nap instead of training.
  • Monday: Off - Take a nap!
  • Tuesday: 5pm - core, strength, yoga, email/text us for location
  • Wednesday: 4:30, Optimist Park- 1hr OD Rollerski!!!
  • Thursday: 5pm - core, strength, yoga, email/text us for location
  • Friday: 6:15, Turtle Rock :55 hr Rollerski
  • Saturday: We'll see what we want for 1:30OD
  • Sunday: Off - Take a nap!

  • Sometimes the hardest thing we do is recovery. You want to work as hard at recovery as you do at training - All the gains from the last few weeks will be realized when you take some time to let your body recover!
