We skied!!! Yay!!!

This time of year there can be a lot of changes that happen quickly so please watch for them!

We are starting our Anaerobic Development, let those dogs run! It also looks like we might get some snow this week so watch the GroupMe for changes. This is where we are!


Be sure to check it out for both our team training as well as when you are on your own. 

We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper you are please contact us and we'll help you decide!

WOW!!! What an amazing weekend of training in an incredibly beautiful place!
Also super impressed with the incredible work that everyone put into this weekend, including the cook-off on Saturday night!

This week we will be allowing your body to soak up the intensity so you can super-compensate and RAGE so we'll be doing a little less intensity this week and focus on some shorter OD in the middle of the week with a longer one on Saturday.

Amazing job last week! Medal Test AND Silent Trails in one week! Well done!

We're so excited for what's coming this week - FORO!!!


We have survived Hill Resistance, Medal Test, Silent Trails, and are ready for Fort Robinson (FORO)!!! EPIC!!!

If you are wanting to come to FORO be sure to let us know!

The workouts we have on the schedule are not all team practices BUT if you want to be at your best for the ski season they are ALL super important!

  • 4:45pm, Optimist Park SUS rollerski agility & technique (others are welcome to come to help and learn better technique!)
Tuesday:
  • 30min run or rollerski
  • Corbett Gym
    • 5:10pm - Strength
    • 6pm - Core, & Yoga Corbett Gym  - let us know if you want to join on Zoom!
Wednesday:
  • 4:15pm, OD + technique drills. We are hoping for a rollerski BUT the weather looks like it might not cooperate. More info coming!
Thursday:
  • Corbett Gym
    • 5:10pm - Strength
    • 6pm - Core, & Yoga Corbett Gym  - let us know if you want to join on Zoom!
Friday:
  • FORO OD!!!

  • AM: FORO Hill Bounding extravaganza

Training 10/2 - Medal Test & Silent Trails!

It was a beautiful week for training and we're excited to do some hard work this week!

We'll start on Tuesday with a full on Medal Test  then we'll take a few chill days and then do the Silent Trails 10mi trail race!

Going to be an awesome week!

Monday:
  • Day off OR

  • 40min run or rollerski
  • 5pm, Laramie Track (Map)
  • 5:20pm, 3000m race begins
  • 5:45pm, Strength activities begin (Corbett Gym)
Wednesday:
  • This is Choose Your Own Adventure day, adapted to how you feel.
    • I feel great! - 1:15 OD run or rollerski + yoga
    • I feel sore but not too bad - 1hr Active Recovery run or rollerski+ yoga
    • I can hardly walk - 45min walk + yoga
    • I can't get out of bed - do some walking to class + yoga
Thursday:
  • 30min run or rollerski
  • 5:10pm, Corbett Gym - Yoga
Friday:
  • 4:30pm, Schoolyard Trails Active Recovery run (Map to where we'll meet)
Saturday:
  • Silent Trails Race - details to come.
Sunday
  • Active recovery of your choice.
