- 6:15am Breakfast Club! Meet at Turtle Rock to roller ski and bring money for breakfast afterward if you'd like!
- 4pm Leaving from Long-term Parking, off 30th street, across from the golf course.

- Arrive, snacks & sleeping setup
- 6:00 am - wake up
Breakfast Crew: Team 1 - Adventure Run/hike (depending upon your background and fitness)
- Bring a rain jacket, warm shirt, lunch, snacks, plenty of water. (Bring a lunch & snacks from Laramie for this trip, we won't have time to get it before the hike)
- 4pm - Afternoon recovery yoga
- Dinner 6pm
Dinner crew will be: Team 2
- 8:00 am - Wake up
Breakfast Crew: Team 3 - Immediately after breakfast put on your roller skis
- Active Recovery roller ski
- Technique and drills
- Back to house
- Naps, explore Leadville, swimming, optional run, etc.
- 3pm - Afternoon talk/activity/yoga
- 6pm Dinner
Dinner Crew: Team 4 - Evening talk!
- 8:00 am - Wake up
- Breakfast Crew: Team 5
- Choose your own adventure: road or mt bike, roller ski or run. (bring the correct equipment for your chosen activity)
- Pack up to come home!
- Home in the evening
- You will be staying at Christi's Parents house.
- Staying at the Boggs' is a little like camping inside. You will be sleeping on pads on the floor and you can choose to sleep in tents outside. It's fun, especially if the Raccoons take an interest in you!
- We will take the trailer, so you can bring your bike if you want to ride on Monday.
- There is only one shower in the house, you can take turns or go to the rec center to swim and shower.
- A little money for snacks, the coffee shop and/or any shopping you might want to do at the consignment store or Melanzana!
- Running shoes
- Water belt/camelback (We're serious about this, you need a lot of liquid for the weekend at altitude. This is not the day to forget it!
- Daypack that can carry water, snacks, and lunch
- Training clothes
- Towel
- Rain jacket/warm jacket
- Some kinds of electrolyte drink for your water belt, like Gatorade
- Cliff bars/shots/gel type stuff for snacks on the run in addition to a lunch item for the climb.
- Hanging out clothes
- Sleeping clothes
- Warm training clothes, it can be cold and has already snowed in the mountains!
- Rollerskis, boots, poles, and helmet
- A bike and helmet if you want to bike on Monday
