Tentative Schedule

- Departure time TBA
On the way & Leadville
- Dinner
- Arrive, snacks & sleeping setup
- 7:30 am - Wake up
- Immediately after breakfast put on your roller skis
- Active Recovery roller ski
- Technique and drills
- Back to house
- Explore Leadville, Nap, lunch, and/or choose your own adventure: road or mt bike, roller ski or run.
- 6pm - Dinner
- 6:30 am - wake up & breakfast
- Adventure Run/hike
- Bring a rain jacket, warm shirt, lunch, snacks, plenty of water. (Bring a lunch & snacks from Laramie for this trip, we won't have time to get it before the hike)
- 3pm - Afternoon recovery yoga & team building & learning!
- Dinner 6pm
- 7:30 am - Wake up & breakfast
- Clean and pack rental house. Bring things to Boggs Burrow
- Morning Rollerski - Technique work
- 11am - clean the Boggs Burrow, eat leftovers or grab lunch downtown
- 5pmish - Arrive Laramie
Things to know:
- You will be staying at the Boggs Burrow & in a rental house.
- Staying at the Boggs Burrow is a little like camping inside. You will be sleeping on pads on the floor or you can plan to stay outside as it's looks to be a nice weekend.
- Staying in the rental house will more cushy, with beds for everyone.
- Let me know if you want to take a bike so we can arrange accordingly.
- It is forecast to be a nice weekend but that still means fairly cold in Leadville with lows in the 30's. Bring warmer clothing than you might think.
- A little money for snacks, the coffee shop and/or any shopping you might want to do at the consignment store or Melanzana!
- Sleeping bag, pillow if you want your own stuff in the Boggs Burrow.
- Running shoes
- Running poles
- Water belt/camelback (We're serious about this, you need a lot of liquid for the weekend at altitude. This is not the day to forget it!
- Bag that can carry change of clothes, water, snacks, and lunch
- Training clothes
- Towel
- Rain jacket/warm jacket
- Some kinds of electrolyte drink for your water belt, like Gatorade
- Cliff bars/shots/gel type stuff for snacks on the run in addition to a lunch item for the climb.
- Hanging out clothes
- Sleeping clothes
- Warm training clothes, it can be cold and has already snowed in the mountains!
- Skate Rollerskis, boots, poles, and helmet
- A bike and helmet if you want to bike or maybe classic rollerskis for Sunday afternoon.
- Yoga mat
