Such AMAZING skiing happening this weekend! So much grit!

We have officially started our peaking program so things will change at times so pay attention and please don't start new activities. We only have 5 weeks until Nationals so it's time to start concentrating on staying/getting healthy, eating well, resting and focusing your energy where it is needed!

This peaking programs works extremely well if you
  • If do the training properly and don't do too much (you'll get tired and not race to your potential).
  • If you do the training properly and don't do too little (you'll get sick!)
Even if you are not qualifying for Nationals this will help you with the last couple of races and if you decide to do any other races!

Here is the group training for this week. As always everyone is welcome, just come contact us to make sure we are where the training says we are,
snowyoming@gmail.com! Let us know if you want to know what we're doing on any given day. If you can join us that's great but if not don't forget to check out the training schedule: Training

Got home late from a place we found winter! West Yellowstone was lovely and amazing and super challenging racing! The team had some ups and downs but it was a solid race for this time in the season!
