Awesome job on the 3rd  block of summer training - it's getting real out there!

We are now on a recovery week and we are mixing it up since the alpine areas of the Rockies are at their best and the time they are beautiful is very short!

Be sure to check it out for both our team training as well as when you are on your own. 

We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper you are please contact us and we'll help you decide! You will find the other pepper hours on the Block 3 Training.

Team Training will be in Green bold italics

Monday: 
  • OFF
Tuesday:
  • 5pm - Strength,
  • 6pm - Core, & Yoga Corbett Gym (Zoom Link)
Wednesday-Sunday:
We want you to do active recovery and get out in the alpine in the mountains. The time that it is readily accessible AND all the wildflowers are out is short and special! Get out and live the dream!

Monday: 
  • 40min OD of your choice
Tuesday:
  • 35min run
  • 5pm - Strength, 
  • 6pm - Core, & Yoga Corbett Gym (Zoom Link)
Wednesday:
  • 4:45pm - 1:50 OD/Recovery Run, Stadium Parking Lot
Thursday:
  • 35min run
  • 5pm - Strength, 
  • 6pm - Core, & Yoga Corbett Gym (Zoom Link)
Friday:
  • 1:15 OD - Rollerskiing will be had, we'll announce time/place as we work through the week!
Saturday
  • Rollerski Storm the Castle!!!
Sunday
  • 1:35 Active Recovery Choose Your Own Adventure!

Just one awesome shot of the Mineral Belt Trail!
Wow! We had SUCH an amazing weekend of training. Absolutely beautiful run to Native Lake and around the loop on Saturday and 3 days of rollerskiing on the Mineral Belt Trail! It was magical!

​We're going to change things up a tad this week, due to the large volume of the past few days.
