Awesome week of backpacking and seeing all the amazing history that is present in the canyons of Utah!
We are now in our final week of Block 2, time to get some recovery! Getting ready for the next block of training. Much of the summer team and the coaches will be backpacking this week so there will be no formal practice. Below is what you will want to do on your own!
We are now in our 2nd week of Block 2, summer is in full swing! We will start our first week of the new strength Thursday and possibly Sunday. We'll finish off this week and then many of us will head on an epic backpacking trip!
