Wow! Summer is sure awesome for training! Nice to get out and enjoy our environment while it's lovely, green, and cool!

We are in the heart of the most important training of the year so we hope you are all feeling excited! If you are not getting a positive response from your training be sure to reach out and let's see if we can find a way to get you back on track!

We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper you are please contact us and we'll help you decide! You will find the hours for the other peppers here: Block 3

Team Training will be in Green bold italics

Monday: OFF
Tuesday:
  • 50min Run/rollerski
  • 5:00pm - Corbett Gym, Strength, Core, & Yoga (June strength) (let us know if you want to join via Zoom)
Wednesday:
  • 4:00pm - Stadium parking lot, 1:50hr OD Run
Thursday:
  • 35min Run/rollerski
  • 5:00pm - Corbett Gym, Strength, Core, & Yoga (June strength) (let us know if you want to join via Zoom)
Friday:
  • Rollerski - Low altitude Threshold workout
Saturday - Leadville Distance Camp!
  • CAMP SCHEDULE & INFO posted to GroupMe
  • If you are not coming to camp:
    • 3hr OD running Adventure
Sunday - Leadville Distance Camp!

We hope you are all rested and those batteries are recharged because we are moving into Block 3 of the summer training! Go Go Go!

Awesome week of backpacking and seeing all the amazing history that is present in the canyons of Utah!

We are now in our final week of Block 2, time to get some recovery! Getting ready for the next block of training.

Top of the trail on the awesome run we did at Soapstone Natural Area!
Much of the summer team and the coaches will be backpacking this week so there will be no formal practice. Below is what you will want to do on your own!

We are now in our 2nd week of Block 2, summer is in full swing! We will start our first week of the new strength Thursday and possibly Sunday. We'll finish off this week and then many of us will head on an epic backpacking trip!

  • 30min Run, bike, swim, hike or whatever you want
Tuesday:
  • 30min Run
  • 7am Corbett Gym - Strength, Core
Wednesday:
  • 1:25hr OD Run or rollerski
Thursday:
  • 30min Run
  • Strength, Core, Yoga ( you can find all the information for this on Training Resources)​
Friday:
  • 1:25 - Rollerski/bike/swim - wahtever you want!
Saturday
  • 2:35 - Rollerski/bike/swim - wahtever you want!
Sunday
  • 1:15 hr Choose your own activity!
