Woohoo! We had an epic adventure run on Saturday and we're excited to do something slightly different this weekend - stay tuned.
Last OD week before we get a chance to do some recovery. Good training being done by all and we are seeing some real fitness gains!
While the lasting snow has put a bit of a crimp in our style we had an amazing adventure this weekend!
We're on our second week of the third summer rotation. We're getting some serious fitness on!
After some fantastic adventure weeks we are all ready to settle back in to some routine training!
Super excited to switch up the strength and as the first of our 3 Conditioning/Over Distance weeks the hours are a tad lower.

Tuesday: 5pm - core, strength, yoga, email/text us for location
Wednesday: 4:30 - 1hr OD RUN!!!
Thursday: 5pm - core, strength, yoga, email/text us for location
Friday: 6:15am - 1hr Turtle Rock Coffee, Double-Pole Rollerski
Sunday: TBA - 1:20hr OD Activity

Last wee of the Conditioning/Over Distance and then we'll get a recovery week! This is also the week of July 4th so this is the basic training plan but various people doing various things! This is a good opportunity to get in some extra OD when you have a few days off!
