WOW!!! What an impressive weekend of training! Seriously getting some work done! That low elevation speed training simply can't be duplicated in any way so great job everyone!

We were kissed by the first flakes of snow this weekend on our awesome Roll & Run! We're so excited for what's coming this week! SNOW AND FORO!!!
We have survived Hill Resistance and are ready for a recovery week followed by Fort Robinson (FORO)!!! EPIC!!! Well that was a crazy awesome day of roller skiing, trail work and giant rock removal! Great teamwork to get that rock out of that hole!
Last week of Hill Resistance! Woohoo! After this we'll be moving into more intensity with a speed block of training.
