What an amazing weekend of SKIING! The best conditions imaginable for crust skiing and a fantastic group of young people!
We need a little recovery after that much training on the weekend so we are taking it a little easy this week. Monday: Ski Camp Tuesday: Off Wednesday: 4:30 - OD RUN!!! Meet TBA Thursday: 5pm - core, strength, yoga, email/text us for location Friday: 6:15am - Turtle Rock Coffee, Double-Pole Rollerski Saturday: OD workout! Not sure anyone will be in town but text if you are and want to train. Sunday: Active Recovery activity of your choosing!

We're super excited to get going on our Summer Training. We love this time of year with Mountain adventures, triathlons, and beautiful weather!

This week is Finals Week so we are ratcheting back on training for this week. To help your studying you'll want to watch this TED Talk: https://www.ted.com/talks/matt_walker_sleep_is_your_superpower
We are still working on a location for strength training but you can so some strength on your own. You want to start with specific ski balancing activities so you should start with the May Strength plan on 'Training Resources' You also want to start thinking about starting some easy runs, if you haven't already, and some other fun more distance type activities.
