Ripple Effect!I’d like to recognize Eva, TJ, CJ, Stein, Derek, and Colton for being one of the best leaf raking teams I’ve seen. Often with such a big group some people end up standing around but that never happened with these guys. Everyone had a great attitude and was super efficient!

FUN week as we were able to ski twice! Crazy!
With this crazy storm we have great expectations of skiing this week as well so be sure to pay attention to texts and ask if you don't know what's happening! We technically should be moving into our Anaerobic Development, which we will definitely get to this weekend in FORO but as we look at this week we are going to take advantage of the snow and get those 7-10 days in so we can start doing some intervals ON SNOW! Luckily for us the snow is coming and that always makes for interesting training! As we get towards actually skiing it is a good time to start more ski specific training, like rollerskiing. This week is exciting too! We are headed into the next section of training, Hill Resistance! We finally will get to let the dogs out of the kennel! We have moved from Conditioning to Quadraped in preparation for heading into Hill Resistance. We're working to get our bodies ready to use both our arms and legs! We are also changing our strength to Below is the training for the week.
