Part of the Medicine Bow Peak Crew! Beautiful day to climb a mountain!
Excited for another week of Hill Resistance BUT we are doing something new and exciting this week!

We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper (
Pepper descriptions) you are please contact us and we'll help you decide!

The workouts we have on the schedule are not all team practices BUT if you want to be at your best for the ski season they are ALL super important!

Excited for another week of Hill Resistance! We will start adjusting to the new strength, core, and training. Adapt or die!

Woo Hoo! The beginning of planned speed has arrived! Time to start getting those incredible aerobic bodies ready to ROCK!!!

This is a transitional period between filling our bucket and serious emptying of the bucket. As we add intensity it is important to lower the overall training load and to get lots of rest! As we add more load, in the form of speed, we will lesson our OD load. Moving into what my old coach used to call, "Short & Sweet". Shorter workouts but harder!

WOW! What an amazing weekend of training! You are all AWESOME!!

We are now in a well deserved rest week. If you worked hard this weekend then be sure to get the rest, it is essential to achieve all the gains that we worked so hard to reach!

For this week LOTS of recovery followed by a Medal Test on Saturday. In preparation for the Medal Test please read over these items:
  • Medal Test Description
  • Medal Test Results
  • Medal test self-reflection to develop self-efficacy
Should be great fun!
