 It was a beautiful day for a run! School is starting this week and that means the Leadville Distance Camp! Woohoo!
We'll do a regular week of training and then take off on Friday for an awesome weekend with lots of hours! We have officially started our quadraped training so please bring your short, running poles to OD practices! We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper you are please contact us and we'll help you decide! Team Training will be in Green bold italics Monday:

 It was an awesome run on Saturday! Woohoo! It's time for fall training and the start of school!!!! Many people are not quite back yet but for those who are wandering in we're excited to see you at practice. If you are new and don't know where we are, what we are doing, where you need to be, be sure to contact us!

 The wildflowers are still amazing in the mountains! Here we are, at the end of the summer training! Due to some strangeness with coaches and everyone enjoying the end of summer we did not have official practice last week. Thus, some of you had fun and did LOTS of training and some of you had fun and did little training. This will mean that you'll all need to decide where you are on the training week. Officially this is a recovery week but the team will be doing some fun, last week of summer, activities.
