Just a little taste for the coming weekend!
Great job on this first Block of summer training! WooHoo!!!

We are now on a recovery week and it is important to note that you should view the hours for the week as a hard ceiling and not go over them. Some of you will be attending the Memorial Day Camp this weekend and you will go over the hours but that can't be helped and it means that you need to take the training during the week very seriously!

We have just posted Block 2 of the summer training. Please note that if you are coming on the Backpacking trip it will replace the training for the week.

Be sure to check it out for both our team training as well as when you are on your own. 


We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper you are please contact us and we'll help you decide! You will find the other pepper hours on the Block 1 Training.

Stormed the Castle last weekend!
Third week of Rotation 1!

We're not officially done with the semester and headed into summer! Due to some commitments by coaches we will adjust our training a tad this week.

This is our final week of Conditioning for Block 1, next is a recovery week so try to get through this one!

We have Block 1 of the summer training posted. Be sure to check it out for both our team training as well as when you are on your own. It will also help when you head home for the summer!

We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper you are please contact us and we'll help you decide! You will find the other pepper hours on the Block 1 Training.

Team Training will be in Green bold italics

Monday:
  • Try to get 20-30min of Over Distance in any way you'd like.
Tuesday:
  • 35min Run
  • 5pm - Strength - We'll meet outside the south side of Corbett, the building is closed but we have keys! (Link to strength descriptions)
  • 5:45 - pm Zoom Core & Yoga
Wednesday:
  • 4:15pm - 1:10  OD Run Meet in Stadium Parking Lot 
Thursday:
  • 35min Run
  • 5pm - Strength - We'll meet outside the south side of Corbett, the building is closed but we have keys! (Link to strength descriptions)
  • 5:45 - pm Zoom Core & Yoga
Friday:
  • 1:10min Choose your own activity!
Saturday
  • 40min Choose your own activity!
Sunday
  • 2:00hr Over Distance Crust Ski. Time TBA

It was a beautiful day to ski!

This was last weekend skiing. We're hoping for more magical adventures this weekend!
This week we officially start the next year of training! Woohoo!!!!

We know it's a tough time of year to start something new, with finals coming, but this will help your brain work better and help your concentration so you should try to make an effort to jump in!
