Wow! What an amazing Thanksgiving Camp!

Despite the warm weather and melting snow we had a FANTASTIC camp with 10+ hours of skiing, great food and a TON of FUN!

We are now hoping to get everyone recovered and ready to start the race season so this week will be a little less hours than previous ones.

As always everyone is welcome, just come to the appropriate place and introduce yourself! Let us  know if you want to know what we're doing on any given day.   • TBA - Supposed to be doing a ski clinic but the snow doesn't look cooperative so we might actually be roller skiing. Time will tell...

It's that magical time of year for Nordic Skiers - Thanksgiving! Time to do massive hours of training, eat lots of food and, in the case of college skiers, do lots of homework!

We will be doing our usual morning training on Tuesday but after that we will be doing awesome amounts of skiing! Yay!

Here is the training for the week. Should be an amazing time!

Monday: If you have time you could start your week with a bang and do some skiing at Happy Jack!

Tuesday:
  • 6am, Crossfit 7220 - Run, Strength
  • 6:15, Long Term Parking - Leave for CAMP!!!
Wednesday-Sunday:

What a fantastic week! Skiing 3 times! We now are on the downhill slope to Thanksgiving Camp. We will be taking the weekend off for 

Thursday evening through next week you have completely on your own. You can train together, on your own, go home, go on a trip or just get a lot of sleep! There is plenty of snow up in Snowies if you want to ski and Bruce's Trail is groomed on Rabbit Ears Pass if you decide you want to get some more skiing! We will be doing LOTS of training over the Thanksgiving week so spend the weekend getting to ROCK!

Didn't get any skiing this week but we did get a great Medal Test off! Everyone who participated got an overall PR for the day AND Trevor broke the 3000m run and got on the podium for the overall. Maddy also broke the pullups record! It was a great job done by everyone.  RESULTS: bit.ly/medalstest

We've started getting some snow so hopefully we'll be skiing on a regular basis soon! Please note the time and place change for Wednesday.

  • Get out and do at least 1:30 on your own, skiing would be perfect!
