Peppers - Training Groups
Training Groups: We have developed a naming system for training groups. They are all the names of peppers: Bell, Banana, Cayenne, Jalapeno, and Habanero. This training has been specially designed for you in order to help you make the next step in your training. Training is like a staircase or ladder, if you jump from one step and skip the next one you will shortly become over tired, if you take the steps in the manner that they are designed you will move up easily and effectively. If you are a Bell doing the training for a Jalapeno will not make you faster! Every training group is focused on what that group needs at that time. These are designed to help everyone reach their potential while avoiding under training or over training.

The different Peppers are determined by the yearly training hours as measured by a training log.
