Training 6/26 - Recovery Week
It's been a few weeks as most of the coaches have been wandering around Colombia. We did have a small but dedicated group training here at home. Great job!
You now have a recovery week to get rested. Please note that this week is SUPER important and allows all the hard work you've been doing to pay off! It is also the 4th of July weekend so our core training group will take off for a long weekend adventure!

Training 6/5 - Volume Week!
We had an amazing Ski weekend at the Turquoise Lake 20km running race. We did the race on Saturday and then drove up to the top of Independence Pass to do some crust skiing on Sunday. It was a magical weekend!
We got through our recovery week, although those of us who did the weekend are a little toasted, and are now into our next volume week. We also will be changing up strength this week. Woo Hoo soreness!!!

Rachel, Becca and Christi will be gone from June 11-23 so Ava, Leann and Ella will be running practices so stay tuned!
