It was a beautiful week for training and we're excited to do some hard work this week!
We'll start on Tuesday with a full on Medal Test then we'll take a few chill days and then do the Silent Trails 10mi trail race! Going to be an awesome week! Well that was a crazy awesome day of roller skiing, trail work and giant rock removal! Great teamwork to get that rock out of that hole!
