Small group of us headed to Stagecoach Reservoir for some chill paddle boarding and swimming. Super fun day!
We hope you are all having a fantastic training summer and have been getting out in the beautiful weather!

We have gotten through our 2nd training block for the summer, GREAT JOB!!! 

​We'll be doing our 4th of July trip in Leadville this weekend with a LOT of fun adventures!

Be sure to check it out for both our team training as well as when you are on your own. 

We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper you are please contact us and we'll help you decide! You will find the other pepper hours on the Block 3 Training.

Monday: 
  • Off
Tuesday:
  • 40min run
  • 5pm - Strength,
  • 6pm - Core, & Yoga Corbett Gym (Zoom Link)
Wednesday:
  • 4:45pm - 1:30 OD Run, Stadium Parking Lot
Thursday:
  • 40min run
  • 5pm - Strength, 
  • 6pm - Core, & Yoga Corbett Gym (Zoom Link)
Friday:
  • 1:15 OD - Headed to Leadville for 4th of July Camp!!! We'll have some variability in the plans on this day as people may be traveling at different times.
Saturday
  • OD Adventure! We'll be doing a LONG and FUN mountain adventure on this day! Woohoo!!!
  • If you are not joining us then the Jalapeño workout is 2:30min run
  •  Yoga in the afternoon
Sunday
  • OD Rollerski/Bike/etc - Most of us will be roller skiing around the Mineral Belt Loop but you can do other activities if you choose!
Monday
  • 1:20ish OD Rollerski/Bike/etc - your choice for today!

We are now on a recovery week and it is important to note that you should view the hours for the week as a hard ceiling and not go over them.

Be sure to check it out for both our team training as well as when you are on your own.

  • 4:45pm - 1:25 OD Run, Stadium Parking Lot
Thursday:
  • 45min run
    5pm - New Strength, Core, & Yoga Corbett Gym
Friday:
  • 1:15 OD - We'll probably do this together so watch for info.
Saturday
  • 1:05hr Active Recovery choose your own adventure & activity. We highly encourage doing this together or with a partner!
Sunday
  • 2:35 OD Run, Information TBA

Little late in the posting for this week but just finally got back from the EPIC backpacking trip!!!

Those of you who did the trip, be sure to let your body sleep and recover as it needs. It was slow but lots of solid training!

We are technically in our second week of Block 2. Note that the coaches will all be out of town after Wednesday so you can work
