WooHoo! Finally made it to the Recovery week and we are ready for it! Last weekend found SNOW racers around Wyoming doing the Cody Triathlon and the Jackson Hill Climb. Great things were happening!
This week we'll take some extra time to get recovered to move into the next block of training. You want to take at least 2 days off and consider taking a nap instead of training.
