Training 10/4 - Hill Resistance

Well that was a crazy awesome day of roller skiing, trail work and giant rock removal! Great teamwork to get that rock out of that hole!

Last week of Hill Resistance! Woohoo! After this we'll be moving into more intensity with a speed block of training.

We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper (Pepper descriptions) you are please contact us and we'll help you decide!

The workouts we have on the schedule are not all team practices BUT if you want to be at your best for the ski season they are ALL super important!

Team Training will be in Green bold italics

Monday:
  • OFF
Tuesday:
  • 40min run
  • Please choose one time:
    • 7am, Corbett Gym - Strength (Link to strength descriptions)
    • 5pm, Corbett Gym - Strength (Link to strength descriptions)
  • 6pm Zoom Core & Yoga
Wednesday:
  • 4:3opm, Stadium Parking Lot - Hill Resistance bring POLES!
Thursday:
  • 30min run
  • Please choose one time:
    • 7am, Corbett Gym - Strength (Link to strength descriptions)
    • 5pm, Corbett Gym - Strength (Link to strength descriptions)
  • 6pm Zoom Core & Yoga
Friday:
  • 4:30pm, Stadium Parking Lot - 1:20hr Rollerski Hill Resistance
Saturday:
  • 8am, Stadium Parking Lot - Roll & Run! Bring rollerskis (classic or skate), running shoes, change of clothes, snacks, water belt! We'll be getting pizza in Centennial on the way home!!!
Sunday
  • 1hr choose your own adventure!
