This week is Finals Week so we are ratcheting back on training for this week. To help your studying you'll want to watch this TED Talk: https://www.ted.com/talks/matt_walker_sleep_is_your_superpower
We are still working on a location for strength training but you can so some strength on your own. You want to start with specific ski balancing activities so you should start with the May Strength plan on 'Training Resources' You also want to start thinking about starting some easy runs, if you haven't already, and some other fun more distance type activities.
