Wow! What an amazing weekend! One of the best run T2T EVER and some truly fantastic hard work! In addition it looks like we will have an almost 100% diversion due to partnerships with Goodwill and a new organization in Cheyenne! That is truly amazing and we are super stoked!
After that amazing weekend of fundraising we now have an amazing weekend of distance training in beautiful Leadville, Colorado! This is one of our most fun and amazing weekends of training of the year and we hope you will all join us! For specific information and what to bring please see the Leadville Camp Information Page.
We know that some of you may not know where all the training activities will happen so please be sure to let us know by contacting a team member or email us.
Remember that most of you will need to be doing a little more than just the basic team training. 30 minute runs before Yoga and training on Monday and/or Sunday make this quite easy!

Don't know your pepper? Ask us! Training is just like with eating hot peppers - it doesn't matter how much you WANT to do nor how much you think you should do but how much your body is actually able to handle. Thus to reach your best performance from year to year you want to be thoughtful in your approach to increasing your training load.
