Third week of Rotation 1!
We're not officially done with the semester and headed into summer! Due to some commitments by coaches we will adjust our training a tad this week.
This is our final week of Conditioning for Block 1, next is a recovery week so try to get through this one!
We have Block 1 of the summer training posted. Be sure to check it out for both our team training as well as when you are on your own. It will also help when you head home for the summer!
We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper you are please contact us and we'll help you decide! You will find the other pepper hours on the Block 1 Training.
