Training 9/9 - Conditioning/Over Distance!

Wow! What an amazing week! So much fun and fantastic people!

Welcome to ALL the new skiers from around the world!

This week we will start to settle a little more into our usual training schedule, with one small bobble for the Wednesday Informational Meeting.

Here is the training for the week!

• Monday: OPTIONAL! 6:15pm, Education Gym - Chill Yoga
• Tuesday:
  • OPTIONAL! 7-8am, Stadium Parking Lot - Rollerski practice
  • 5:10pm - core, strength, yoga - Corbett gym
• Wednesday: 4:15, Stadium Parking Lot - OD run!!!
• Thursday:
  • OPTIONAL! 7-8am, Stadium Parking Lot - Rollerski practice
  • 5:10pm - core, strength, yoga - Corbett gym
• Friday: 6:15AM, Stadium Parking Lot - Double-pole Rollerski Breakfast Club!
  
• Saturday - OD Run place & time TBA
• Sunday - On your own 1:15-1:30 OD.
