Training 9/25 - Hill Resistance!
It snowed! super fun to watch the huge flakes last night and wake up to just a smattering accumulated on cars and in the shade. Winter is coming!
We will now be moving into our next block of training, Hill Resistance! Yay! For hill resistance we are working towards getting our speed on. We are moving out of our OD blocks and ready for serious speed! If you haven't found your short poles you will need them for Wednesday.
We also have our fun race this weekend (Race to the Tetons) AND MBNA Trail day so it will be a busy Saturday but super fun!
Here is the group training for this week. As always everyone is welcome, just come to the appropriate place and introduce yourself! Let us know if you want to know what we're doing on any given day. If you can join us that's great but if not don't forget to check out the training schedule: Training
