We also had a successful fundraising activity on Saturday. Thanks to all the UW & LHS Athletes who participated. Well done everyone! The UW racers just finished your first entire week of school, well done! We have the exciting plan of doing a Medal Test this Wednesday! If you want to see how your fitness improves throughout the fall and/or from year to year this is the thing for you. Also, you can try to get yourself on the leaderboard! We will also be taking a weekend off! This is a good chance to do something fun or go home or get extra homework done! Here is the group training for this week. As always everyone is welcome, just come to the appropriate place and introduce yourself! Let us know if you want to know what we're doing on any given day.
