Training 8/21 - Recovery!!!
Hope you all got a chance to see the total eclipse! We were on top of Laramie Peak and it was soooo much more amazing than we thought it would be! Nothing better than combining a 3+ hour run with an eclipse!
We now have made it to the recovery week! The goal here is to rest as much as you need to be able to head back into volume training. We will have MUCH less team training and you can also adjust as you need.
There will no NO group training this week so rest up and do some fun stuff on your own.
No team practice but take one of these days off and then go for about 1:30hr of your choice for the other. You should hit next week with a bang!
