We hope you had a wonderful week and are finding the middle of the summer fun and full of good training!
We are on our second of 3 volume weeks so hang in there and keep that volume high! Remember that it's always fun to do some longer racing during the summer. Jumping in a half marathon, triathlon or something else that generally will take longer than 1 hour to do is great training.
