Training 5/24 - Memorial Day Camp WOOHOO!!!

Woohoo! Time for the EPIC Memorial Day Camp!!! This is our last hurrah for incredible crust skiing and it's also an incredible time to learn. If you are wanting to come please let us know, there is still space!

We will be posting the training for Jalapeno Peppers, if you don't know which Pepper you are please contact us and we'll help you decide!

Monday: OFF
Tuesday:

• 3omin Run
• Strength (Link to strength descriptions)
• 6pm Zoom Core & Yoga

Wednesday:

• 4:30pm - Schoolyard Trails, OD Run

Thursday:

• 3omin Run
• Strength (Link to strength descriptions)
• 6pm Zoom Core & Yoga

Friday:

• Head out to Centennial for AWESOMENESS!
• You either want to do a rollerski or run or come out early and do it in the mountains!

• 1:30hr OD SKI
• 1hr Yo-Ski
• 1:30hr OD Run

Sunday

• 1:30hr OD Ski
• Yoga, Core
