We will be posting the training for this week but we want to remind you that you really should be playing!
If biking sounds fun, do that, if you can ski, do that, if climbing is your jam, do that! This is your chance to just have some fun! We realize that some of your favorite options may be off limits due to social distanceing and stay at home orders but maybe this it time to try dance workouts or maybe something like this. Also, don't forget our Yo-Ski and Erica's Yoga If you aren't finding something else to do here is the training for the week. Please take it easy on your body! Here is the training for this week:
