What you should be focusing on at this point is FUN and recovery! You should basically only be doing activities that sound fun to you or are eustress (help you in your recovery like yoga, walks, stretching, rolling, etc.) We will start yoga again this week, to help with that eustress. It's completely up to you what you choose but if you'd like some chill times then join us! Team Training: Tuesday: 6pm Zoom Yoga Thursday: 6pm Zoom Yoga PLAY PLAY PLAY!!!

What makes this virus so unique is how it spreads so quickly. Yes it does have a low mortality rate, however it spreads like wildfire! If we all get sick and flood our hospitals and clinics that mortality rate could go up because we wont have enough resources or doctors to treat us all. So please, I beg! Even though this is not life threatening to us all, do your part by distancing yourself and stay at home as much as you can.
