Well, the weather has not entirely cooperated for either hanging out in the sun nor crust skiing BUT it's still spring and there are some moments of lovely!
You still want to be doing activities that sound fun to you or are eustress (help you in your recovery like yoga, walks, stretching, rolling, etc.) BUT you might want to start adding in some OD type things, runs, bike rides, climbing, etc. There is also still TONS of snow and it's a great idea to get on your skis. Spring skiing, especially crust skiing, is a gift to us and allows us to gain valuable ski skills when others are already on their feet! They are still grooming Happy Jack or go do some plowing through deep snow in the Snowies or Chimney Park. The crust skiing has been elusive but it will eventually come! We will strength, core & yoga again this week, to help with that eustress and start to rebuild our opposing muscle groups.
