Here comes some nice weather after the long weekend!
What you should be focusing on at this point is FUN and recovery! You should basically only be doing activities that sound fun to you or are eustress (help you in your recovery like yoga, walks, stretching, rolling, etc.) There is also TONS of snow and it's a great idea to get on your skis. Spring skiing, especially crust skiing, is a gift to us and allows us to gain valuable ski skills when others are already on their feet! They are still grooming Happy Jack or go do some plowing through deep snow in the Snowies or Chimney Park. We are also VERY close to crust skiing, probably good most places tomorrow! We will keep doing core and yoga this week, to help with that eustress and start to rebuild our opposing muscle groups and we'll add some rebuilding strength! Team Training: Tuesday: Corbett Gym
