The training right now is pretty uniform from a training schedule point of view BUT you really should be playing!
If biking sounds fun, do that, if you can ski, do that, if climbing is your jam, do that! This is your chance to just have some fun! We realize that some of your favorite options may be off limits due to social distancing and stay at home orders. Try this workout out for fun: Jazzercise
