Training 4/11 - Still Spring!
Still spring and we're still having fun!
What you should be focusing on at this point is FUN and recovery! You should basically only be doing activities that sound fun to you or are eustress (help you in your recovery like yoga, walks, stretching, rolling, etc.)
We will start adding some core with our yoga again this week, to help with that eustress and to start rebuilding our strength. It's completely up to you what you choose but if you'd like some chill & starting strength rebuild then join us!
Tuesday: 5:15pm Core & Yoga Corbett Gym ( Zoom)
