Great fun race yesterday and the weather was amazing! Turns out spring in on the way, not that we really had winter...
For this week we are REALLY want to focus on rest & recovery with a a few sharpening activities sprinkled in.
PLEASE get rested and recovered as much as possible, we just want you to be ready to ROCK for what we are hoping will be a super awesome series of 3 races for the Rocky Mountain Championships on March 18-21.

Saturday: We'd like to suggest a chill ski on your own, so you can arrange your day in a way that will help you to live your best life!
Sunday: Take a nap!
