Training 2/4 - Weekend off from racing!

When life closes the roads, do a little dance...

Crazy Great Weekend of racing! The Alley Loop sure is an amazing event!

We don't currently have a college race scheduled but our Junior racers will be in Casper for a Junior Nationals Qualifier and our post-grads will be headed to the Owl Creek Chase!

We are currently without Clifford so we'll be doing some carpooling this week.

Team Training for the Week:

• Monday: Off, take a nap
• Tuesday:
  • 5:30pm, Happy Jack Trailhead- Skate, on snow strength
    
  • Please do Core 6 on your own: Training Resources
• Wednesday:
  • 4:15pm, Happy Jack Trailhead - Classic OD
    
• Thursday:
  
  • 5:15pm, Education Gym - Yoga!!!
    
• Friday:
  • 4:15pm, Happy Jack Trailhead - Skate, on snow strength
    
• Saturday:
  
  • 9am, Happy Jack Trailhead - Skate Time-trial, race the Laramie Loppet course (probably 10km race)
    
• Sunday:
  
  • OD of 1:15-1:30 on your own
