Awesome weekend with our friends at CMU, now ready to head to visit with Western!

For our college athletes it is the first week of class and we're adjusting our training a tad to accommodate this portion of our team. Please note the changes and we'll see you out there!

Team Training for the Week:

• Monday: Off, take a nap
• Tuesday:
  • 5:15pm, Happy Jack Trailhead- Skate, on snow strength
    
  • Please do Core 6 on your own: Training Resources
    
• Wednesday:
  • 4pm, Stadium Parking Lot - Classic Intervals
    
• Thursday:
  
  • 3pm, long-term parking or pickup at the Union, Leave for Crested Butte
    
• Friday:
  • Ski the race course and race prep
    
  • Waxing
    
• Saturday:
  • 9:25am start for Collegiate Wave 21km Freestyle
    
  • Afternoon/evening: 30min Active Recovery Run
    
• Sunday:
  • 9:30am - Classic 5km, interval start
    
  • 11am - Lunch
    
  • 7pmish - Home!
