Training 1/27 - Alley Loop!

WOW! What an AMAZING weekend of racing! You all ROCKED OUR WORLD!!!!
This week will again be super fun! The Alley Loop is a truly unique and fun race. Also many of you have your first chance to do a 21km skate race!

Due to the two very difficult race weekends in a row AND school starting we will be taking it pretty chill this week.

• Monday:
  • Day Off! Take a nap!
• Tuesday:
  • 4:30 Stadium - On snow Strength (skate equipment)
• Wednesday:
  • 4:15 Stadium - Skate
• Thursday:
  • 5pm - Corbett Gym, Yoga
• Friday:
  • 7am - Meet to leave for Crested Butte to ski the course.
• Saturday:
  • 6:50am - leave for Race
  • 9:20am - 21km College Race Start
• Sunday:
  • TBA - Leave for race
  • TBA - Race start SPRINT
