Training 1/20 - Stagecoach Classic

We are ready to ROCK this week. The first USCSA Official Qualifier and the first Competitive Team Race is THIS WEEKEND!!!!

We're all super excited to get our full team on the road and rocking the Rocky Mountain Conference!

Here is the training for this week. We'll see you out there!

• Tuesday:
  • 3:20 Stadium, 3:30 Verge - On snow Strength (skate equipment)
• Wednesday:
  • Natural Intervals - for those still not in Laramie
  • 3:20 Stadium, 3:30 Verge - Practice race warmup  - Classic
    
• Thursday:
  • 5pm - Corbett Gym, Yoga
    
• Friday:
  • 12pm - Meet to leave for Devil's Thumb to ski part of the course.
• Saturday:
  • 8am - leave for Race
  • 10:30am - 15km Classic Race Start
• Sunday:
  • TBA - Leave for race
  • TBA - Race start TEAM SPRINT

Sometimes it takes a full team to SLAY THE DRAGON!!!
