Training 1/13 - Recovery
More of our College Peeps are arriving every day! Yay!
This is the training for this week. We will be switching things up a bit as we will start doing on-snow strength to try to transfer our upper body power to something super useful! We are also having a recovery week after 3 weeks of hard skiing!
