Training 11/12 - 10/28 - Anaerobic Development

Playing in the leaves is fun BUT skiing is better!

Yay! The last full week of training before Thanksgiving Camp! Wow!!!

We  want you to have at least 7 classic skis before your first skate ski SO you want to get out there this week so you can skate next week at camp!!!

We will be giving everyone a chance to take an easy weekend before the amazingness of Thanksgiving Camp so if you want to head home, or go home with someone, this is the weekend!

With the variable conditions things could change at any minute so pay attention and be sure you are on the GroupMe text so you get messages for changes this week.

Here are the official practices for this week: 

• MONDAY: Try to get out and ski at Happy Jack, the conditions are quite nice!
  
• TUESDAY:
  • 6:25 am, CrossFit 7220 - Run & Strength
  • 5:15pm, Education Gym - Yo-ski (combination of yoga and core)
•  WEDNESDAY: 4:15 Stadium - Classic Ski at Happy Jack
  
• THURSDAY:
  • 6:25 am, CrossFit 7220 - Run & Strength
  • On your own Classic Ski!
    
• FRIDAY: Breakfast Club Rollerski or run 6:15am, Turtle Rock Coffee 
  
• WEEKEND: Ski a ton and/or go home. We leave Tuesday for CAMP!!!
