Training 10/9 - Hill Resistance

Last Monday I wrote, "As I write this huge, beautiful snowflakes are falling from the sky!" Guess what?? It's happening again!!! Hope it keeps up for the season!

For training we are still in our Hill Resistance but we'll be moving to a new location, lower parking lot and up a bigger hill, YES! Please note the slight time change to enable Christi & Rachel to come to practice!

This week is the amazing Fort Robinson (FORO) Speed Camp!!! Woo Hoo! If you don't know what it is you are in for a treat as we stay in the coolest old Officers Quarters and run/rollerski in some truly awesome and unique areas. If you are coming watch for more information!

Here is the group training for this week. As always everyone is welcome, just come to the appropriate place and introduce yourself!
 Let us  know if you want to know what we're doing on any given day. If you can join us that's great but if not don't forget to check out the training schedule: Training

Monday
  • Off
Tuesday
  • 6am, Crossfit 7220 - Run, Strength
  • 5:30pm, Education Gym -  Yoga
Wednesday
  • 4:45, Stadium Parking lot with poles! Hill-resistance!
Thursday
  • 6am, Crossfit 7220 - Run, Strength
  • 5:30pm, Education Gym - Yoga
Friday
  • 6am - Turtle Rock Coffee - Breakfast Club! Rollerski then bring money for breakfast or just hang out with us and chat!
  • 12:30pm - first FORO vehicle leaves Laramie to get there in time to do a fun run!
  • 4pm - second FORO vehicle leaves Laramie!
Saturday & Sunday
  • Awesomeness in the form of hill bounding, rollerskiing, learning, sleeping, eating!!!
The first speed dragon is FORO, SLAY THE DRAGON!!!!
