Training 10/30 - Anaerobic Development

Are you ready for this!?! Heading for the hard intervals, sleigh rides this week and more hard stuff to come. Be sure to get extra recovery around the hard workouts that are coming and do your snow dance so maybe we can head to do some decent skiing this weekend! Note the change for Wednesday's workout - we'll meet at Optimist park to do rollerski intervals.

Here is the group training for this week. As always everyone is welcome, just come to the appropriate place and introduce yourself!
 Let us  know if you want to know what we're doing on any given day. If you can join us that's great but if not don't forget to check out the training schedule: Training

Monday
  • Off
Tuesday
  • 6am, Crossfit 7220 - Run, Strength
  • 5:30pm, Education Gym -  Yoga
Wednesday
  • 4:30pm, Optimist Park (MAP) Skate Rollerski
Thursday
  • 6am, Crossfit 7220 - Run, Strength
  • 5:30pm, Education Gym - Yoga
Friday
  • 6am - Turtle Rock Coffee - Breakfast Club! Activity TBA Bring money for breakfast or just hang out with us and chat!
Saturday & Sunday
  • TBA - Snow dependent!
