Training 9/23 - Conditioning/Over Distance

Pretty much sums up our year thus far - All rainbows and smiles!

Another amazing week of training! It is so awesome to have such an large and excited group of skiers!

Congrats to those of you who raced the Cart2Cart and those of you who did the long run here at home! It was a great weekend for UW Nordic!

Here is the training for the week!

• Monday: OPTIONAL! 6:15pm, Education Gym - Partner Yo-Ski & Erica Yoga!
• Tuesday:
  • OPTIONAL! 7-8am, Stadium Parking Lot - Rollerski agility
  • 5:10pm - core, strength, yoga - Corbett gym
• Wednesday: 4:15, Stadium Parking Lot - OD rollerski!!!
• Thursday:
  • OPTIONAL! 7-8am, Stadium Parking Lot - Rollerski agility
  • 5:10pm - core, strength, yoga - Corbett gym
• Friday: 6:15AM, Stadium Parking Lot - Double-pole Rollerski Breakfast Club!
• Saturday - OD Run place & time TBA
• Sunday - On your own 1:15-1:30 OD.

Skiers are made in the summer but the fall is where we get FAST!
