Wow! 3 beasty Volume weeks in a row! Well Done!
We now have made it to the recovery week! The goal here is to rest as much as you need to be able to head back into volume training. We will have MUCH less team training and you can also adjust as you need.
Here is the group training for this week. As always everyone is welcome, just come to the appropriate place and introduce yourself! If you can join us that's great but if not don't forget to check out the training schedule: Training
No team practice but take one of these days off and then go for about 1:30hr of your choice for the other. You should hit next week with a bang!
