We've had a fun spring, playing and recovering and now it is time to start easing back into our training. This is super exciting because we are headed into summer adventure training!!! Woo Hoo!
Coaches will be out of town much of this week an the next but you will want to start ramping up your training. Find someone to go on a run/bike/rollerski/crust ski. If we find someone to lead some other days we'll add those as well. Speaking of pumping it's time to start thinking about starting some other activities as well. You can now start your strength. You want to start with specific ski balancing activities so you should start with the May Strength plan on 'Training Resources' You also want to start thinking about starting some easy runs, if you haven't already, and some other fun more distance type activities.
