Dinner accomplished!

What an amazing week! UW Nordic got a TON of yards done for raking, we got to have a lovely ski on Saturday morning and we have an extremely successful benefit dinner on Saturday night! TRULY AMAZING!

With the variable conditions things could change at any minute so pay attention and be sure you are on the GroupMe text so you get messages for changes this week.

Here are the official practices for this week: 

• MONDAY: Off
• TUESDAY: 
  • 6:25 am, CrossFit 7220 - Run & Strength
  • 5:15pm, Education Gym - Yo-ski (combination of yoga and core)
•  WEDNESDAY: 4:15 Stadium - Possibly Hill Bounding, bring bounding poles OR ski, we'll see what it looks like
• THURSDAY: 
  • 6:25 am, CrossFit 7220 - Run & Strength
  • 5:15pm, Education Gym - Yo-ski (combination of yoga and core)
• FRIDAY: Breakfast Club Rollerski or run 6:15am, Turtle Rock Coffee 
• SATURDAY: TBA with a hope of skiing!!!!! Watch for messages!
