YO-SKI

Yoga has many benefits for Nordic Skier including strength, flexibility, balance, mental focus and others. We do Yo-Ski two times every week on the afternoons of our morning strength/core workouts. Coach Rachel has worked to devise a variation of yoga that in addition to the usual benefits includes pieces for ski technique and visualization. Below you will find some recordings of these sessions, more will continue to be added. Please feel free to use these as much as you'd like and share them widely!
